Farmer's Fridge is looking for a Customer Service Associate for Home Delivery. This person will be responsible for the daily operations and success of our home delivery program. Their goal will be to provide an excellent customer experience and they will support our driver team to find quick resolutions when issues arise. They will also work hand-in-hand with our Distribution and AppOps team to monitor and validate incoming orders, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and our internal Operations teams. 

Note: Our home deliveries can occur outside of regular business hours. This role will require working weekend hours. These schedules may be adjusted periodically to meet the needs of our business. 

In a typical week, you will...

  • Answer emails and phone calls from customers regarding their delivery orders during delivery hours.
  • Work cross-functionally with the AppOpps and Operations teams to resolve issues that arise with customer orders.
  • Make modifications to customer orders using the Shopify platform and internal documents.
  • Act as a delivery driver resource and dispatcher during delivery hours.
  • Resolve delivery customers’ questions and issues in a timely manner.  This includes rescheduling deliveries, rerouting drivers, and modifying customer orders.
  • Engage positively with customers sharing their Farmer’s Fridge experience.

What Your Background May Look Like:

  • 1-2 years of experience relevant to the above
  • An undergraduate degree in communications is preferred
  • A demonstrated track record of positive customer support interactions
  • Experience in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment, preferably in the food space
  • The ability to operate in ambiguous situations and be flexible as the organization changes and grows - we are in a new place every quarter!
