Customer Success Cadetship [we'll teach you to code]

Customer Success Cadets undergo a 24 month program revolving around three pillars:
Becoming an expert at implementing the Tanda platform for small to mid-market businesses
Configuring and customising the platform for enterprises, employing thousands of people.
Learning to code and contributing bug fixes and features back to the product.
After 2 years you'll be an expert in customer success hacking with a cross-discipline skillset in implementation and product development!
What's required:
Extreme ambition
Good at getting things done - you'd rather find a solution than have a meeting
Keen to learn (a lot of) new things
What's a nice to have:
Experience with Zapier, Postman, or other API-related tools
Good with Google Sheets
What's not required:
- A college degree or impressive resume
Tanda's a different company to most of the ones you'll see on this site. We aren't interested in flashy perks or enormous VC raises.
