What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team of analytics experts. The CSE is a product expert, who possesses a strategic mind and is absolutely dedicated to making our customers wildly successful. The CSE serves as a coach and trusted advisor to all customers from the demo stage through customer onboarding, training, support, and technical enablement and works with both Sales and Product Management to facilitate the success and retention of the customer. You must possess excellent analytical and communication skills and have the passion to deliver outstanding support.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day to day technical interaction with customers

• Train customers on Arturo products and offerings

• Assist customers in using and integrating the Arturo API, App, and batch analytics

• Perform customer demos 

• Track and manage remediation of customer issues and support items

• Provide customer feedback to management and engineering teams for product development backlog

• Develop and refine Product documentation and Customer Guides

• Manage communication of updates and releases of Arturo products to customers

• Technical sales experience

• Web API usage

• Experience with trouble ticketing system

• Experience writing technical documentation
