Job Description

Our Customer Success Lead must effectively collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive outcomes that make the Enterprise Market and Motorola Solutions successful. 

  • Primary responsibility is focusing on leading customer indicators and metrics that translate into business growth (acquisition, retention, revenue).

  • Help drive revenue and influence roadmaps by working with Sales, Enterprise Marketing, Enterprise Product Solutions, Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, and Support teams to drive the right outcomes and experiences for the end user.

  • Assisting in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.

  • Measure and analyze all customer success programs and incorporate key learnings into future iterations to further drive growth and retention

  • Coordinate departmental and cross-functional teams (Engineers, Sales, Finance, Legal, Proposal Center, Systems Implementation and Services Teams) and focusing on delivering accurate and timely proposals.

  • Assist in managing pricing and profitability of the presale or renewal opportunity.

  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and in conformance with relevant requirements.

  • Working with the other business groups, being responsible for identifying upcoming opportunities, evaluating requirements, identifying specific statements of work, & ensuring the proposed customer solution will be implemented with the best possible strategy.

  • Issue RFQs (Request for Quote) for third-party content and negotiate for best cost-benefit to Motorola Solutions.

  • Participate in Contract negotiations as subject matter & proposal experts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, product management, enterprise marketing and/or account management in consumer technology products

  • Vast knowledge of Motorola products, services and solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain customer success programs that increase engagement and revenue opportunities

  • Excellent project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Lead and/or manage through influence and advisory methods 

  • Willingness to travel 20%- 30%


Basic Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, product management, enterprise marketing and/or account management in consumer technology products

  • Knowledge of Motorola products, services and solutions.
