About The Role

The Investor Solutions CSM is data proficient, process-driven, and comfortable helping customers tackle data-related objectives. 

This individual will work across the G2 Investor Solutions client base to educate, advise, and consult the Investors (financial institutions, venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, et al)  that leverage G2 Data. In addition to the externally facing work, you will also be working very closely with key internal stakeholders including leaders from product, sales, and marketing to advise on product requirements, sales collateral, and technical materials to help our clients get the most value out of G2 Data. 

This will be a perfect opportunity for you if you want to work in a high visibility and entrepreneurial role, are interested in working with financial institutions, and thrive in ambiguity.

In This Role, You Will: 

  • Join sales calls and meetings, working with lead Account Executives on deals
  • Discover and inventory the tools and complementary data used by Investors and create process flows describing how these connect currently, and how they might in the future using G2’s data and integrations
  • Use technical and process expertise to answer questions and advise on best practices, especially to customer technical contacts
  • Conduct and present a detailed analysis of buyer intent, traffic, and review data to strategically support sales
  • Foster strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors within large financial services structures
  • Identify barriers to project success, define resolutions, and manage action plans with internal resources

Minimum Qualifications:
