THE POSITION:

The Customer Success team is passionate about support! We are responsible for driving education and creating amazing content to grow and maintain relationships with our clients. Customer Success Managers (CSM) leverage their interpersonal skills and financial knowledge to help clients utilize YCharts to its fullest. Additionally, CSMs work across departments to ensure proper client support and growth.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Must be highly motivated and passionate about financial technology.

  • Must have great communication skills to understand and provide solutions to our client's research needs.

  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Has superior relationship building and maintenance skills.  (i.e. must know how to approach stressful situations and when to spot expansion opportunities.)

  • Solves problems and prioritizes tasks according to urgency and importance.

  • Understands how the financial markets work and is curious about how our business works.

  • Has a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics along with a basic understanding of financial statements and investment vehicles.

  • Has previous experience or internship in the financial services industry.

All YCharters are provided the flexibility to work from wherever, whether it be the office, their home, an Airbnb out-of-state, or even the country! As long as they continue to achieve their goals, we’re leaving our flexible policy available.

For those who do want to come into the office, we moved into a brand new space and added a state-of-the-art air filtration system, a $20/day stipend for office lunches via Grubhub, new fun games, tons of snacks as well a massage chair in our peace room to regroup after a long call.

All remote YCharters are given the option of having monitors, a desk and tech equipment sent to their residence.

Lastly, and probably most importantly, we all know and felt the effects COVID had on our mental and physical health.
