Provi is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional support and ready tackle responsibilities involved in launching new markets, retaining users, and delivering extraordinary service to customers and vendors.  

What you’ll be doing

• Support Business Development with new market rollouts

• Using your exceptional interpersonal skills to educate, train and support our customers on best practices, the use and benefit of the platform.

• Building superior relationships, and delivering service and support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

• Summarizing product feedback from customers and providing it to the operations + product team.

• Inspiring clients to think strategically about how Provi can support their business needs.

What we are looking for

• You have an excellent phone presence.

• Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with clients and accounts.

• Passionate about working with people. 

• Expert written, oral communication and presentation skills.
