Primary Responsibilities

KeHE Solutions eCommerce is a sales & fulfillment group for national online retailers focused in the food & beverage industry servicing top specialty, natural, and organic brands.

Duties include exporting and uploading flat files and inventory, to creating cases and answering buyer messages. The right candidate will have experience with Seller Central in addition to having an intermediate to expert understanding of Excel.

KeHE Solution's eCommerce group primarily operates out of the Romeoville, IL Distribution Center office. Once established, this position holds occasional work from home capabilities.

Essential Functions

  • Strong focus on supporting day-to-day customer service and account maintenance functions for Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) orders
  • Curating Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders with the warehouse for proper execution
  • Account maintenance duties include inventory/order uploads, pricing analysis, and item updates
  • Apply analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop category assortments
  • Support the creation of high quality and scalable eCommerce business with supporting process implementation.
  • Design and build business models to support the increasing scale and complexity of the eCommerce organization.
  • Gather, compile, and analyze data from a variety of sources such as legacy inventory systems, shipping software, labor systems, marketplace portals and other internal and external systems.
  • Work across multiple distribution centers and business units to document processes, needs and formulate recommendations in order to achieve goals.
  • Develop methods to effectively communicate and report performance metrics so they are visible, accurate, timely, and can be understood by people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure continuous improvement training, tools, best practices and resources are available to employees at all levels and are utilized appropriately and effectively.
  • Effectively present findings and recommendations and cross-functionally lobby for group consensus.
  • Work with a wide array of KeHE employees and departments to implement and complete unique projects.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
  • Experience within the food industry
  • Natural, specialty, and/or fresh product knowledge is a plus
  • Amazon Seller Central experience a plus
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously
