What You'll Bring

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, operations, or product management, ideally in the digital ad-tech space

Familiarity with Data Management Concepts including Data Analysis, Profiling, Matching, Data Definition, Graph and Relational Modeling and Data Quality

In-depth knowledge of digital advertising processes and techniques. Solid understanding of ad-tech ecosystem.

Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with the proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment

Very comfortable with the support of data and digital advertising

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Position may be remote

Must be willing to travel

The Sales Engineer role is focused on supporting our Sales teams to successfully sell and deploy TransUnion's Marketing Solutions, which is comprised of Identity and Audience Solutions. Our Identity Solutions, powered by our foundation of identity and data fusion methodology, helps companies resolve and expand their identity footprint. Our people-based Audience Solutions help marketers and media companies deploy data and audiences rooted in our foundation of identity and powered by our data science expertise and technology.

In this role, you will work hand and hand with Sales to help understand our customers’ needs and develop solutions to meet their needs, work with Product Marketing on Sales enablement and provide training as needed. You’ll work on a close-knit team where every accomplishment improves product delivery and client service and contributes directly to revenue.

The ideal candidate has worked in a sales engineering role integrating data products and supported data partnerships and is familiar with the ad-tech ecosystem, including Oracle Data Cloud, DoubleClick, Adobe, LiveRamp, Facebook, Twitter, data exchanges, RTB exchanges, DSP’s, and mobile platforms. You are comfortable with digital technology and have experience with data products and integrations with 3rd party systems and API’s.

You are very detail-oriented, able to juggle several projects simultaneously, and always looking for ways to streamline processes and reduce errors. As a critical part of TransUnion’s service delivery, you work hard and take pride in helping the company and your team win. You are always looking to build repeatable processes and eliminate data errors, yet you are creative and adaptable in your approach.
