Purpose:
To contribute to the long term strategic priorities across the global organization by working across internal and external stakeholders to develop business opportunities to accelerate achieving business goals and broaden the reach of our business model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads or partners with others on targeted initiatives focused on increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities
- Key member of team executing long-term business growth strategies
- Builds strong relationships across internal company stakeholders and external networks
- Develops and presents recommendations to improve and accelerate strategic initiatives
- Utilizes strategic mindset, assessing key, global business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data
- Forms strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage existing networks and best practices as well as assessing Pampered Chef performance against peers and competitors
- Partners across Finance team to develop and lead company strategic planning process
- Develops complex business presentations and analysis on key strategic initiatives
Measures of Success:
- Successful development of market scan for business opportunities
- Strategic initiative development and oversight to drive toward identified business outcomes
- Successful partnership with Senior Leadership across the organization on short and long term strategy development
- Establish corporate development infrastructure
- Develop sub-sector expertise

Experience:
- 7+ years in strategic planning, finance, business development roles or commensurate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence and drive alignment
- Strong analytic skills to develop robust business insights, CBA and establish ROI
