About the Role
CareAdvisors is looking for a Director of Community Health Center Sales (CHC) to join our growing team! As our Director of Community Health Center Sales you will be responsible for the Community Health Center sales strategy. You will collaborate closely with our CEO to grow CareAdvisors revenue in this domain. You are an experienced sales executive with expertise in community health and/or health equity.
The perfect candidate for the role is passionate about achieving health equity, an inspiring leader and communicator, an autonomous and proactive worker, and committed to growing our client-partner base in this domain.
Main Responsibilities
Engage with Community Health Centers to offer CareAdvisors tech-enabled products and services
Expand CareAdvisors Community Health Partners customer base
Identify opportunities for CareAdvisors to scale service footprint within the Community Health Center space
Focus on process improvements that continue to improve our sales cycle and processes
Develop an understanding of our products and become highly knowledgeable with our offerings in order to sell effectively
Collaborate with leadership to create processes and strategies that maximize positive outcomes, ensure a great patient experience, and provide cost-effective and thoughtful solutions.
Maintain HubSpot hygiene and diligence in tracking / recording all work activities to ensure accurate forecasting
Represent CareAdvisors at relevant local, state and, national conferences & other events
Other director-level duties as assigned
About the Requirements
BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
7+ years of sales experience
Master of the consultative sales approach
Demonstrable track record of successfully selling enterprise software
Solid knowledge of community health centers and ability to sell effectively
Strong relationship building ability; you like building and finding win-win agreements
Proven ability to leverage market experts to forge relationships with target customers
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding yearly quotas
Successful experience working with decision-makers at the highest levels within organizations
Experience successfully selling complex products / services with long sales cycles
Consultative approach to sales (understanding pain-points of customers and addressing their needs through solutions selling)
Solid understanding of customer and revenue generation
Strong referenceable enterprise customers
