PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

  • Execute business development and ongoing business expansion
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Maintain accurate, full, and diverse sales pipelines, expertly moving prospects through each phase while tracking results
  • Leverage existing and build new relationships with hospitality clientele to position Cloud5 as the vendor of choice
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
