PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
- Execute business development and ongoing business expansion
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Maintain accurate, full, and diverse sales pipelines, expertly moving prospects through each phase while tracking results
- Leverage existing and build new relationships with hospitality clientele to position Cloud5 as the vendor of choice
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
