Sr. Account Executive
Establish a trusted advisor relationship that works to ensure clients overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Manage the building of strategic account plans for each client account including on-boarding, client success plans, negotiate renewals and quarterly account analysis.
Manage all primary client communication and resolve escalations.
Can do attitude in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Required Skills/Experience
3+ years of professional experience with experience at an agency, brand management, eCommerce or direct to consumer channels.
Clearly demonstrates exceptional business acumen, strong analytical, financial, and quantitative creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to execute on the strategic vision and effectively inspire, develop and lead a team
Exceptional executive presence, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to make decisions and collaborate across the business.
Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
Bachelor degree required, at a minimum
