About The Role
The Director, Enterprise Account Management is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Enterprise Account Managers focused on developing and maintaining strong Client relationships to ensure satisfaction, client retention, renewal and expansion sales.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Managers to achieve individual sales quotas and company retention goals. The Sales Leader must be able to measure, monitor and hold AM's accountable for their activities and results. The Director, Enterprise Account Management should mentor each AM individually while also building a high-performing and collaborative team.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Coach AM's to develop their sales skills including forecasting, prospecting, negotiating while maintaining accountability to goals.
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations and lead high-impact client meetings
- Develop and negotiate enterprise level proposals and contracts
- Accurately forecast renewal and expansion sales activity and ensure the team effectively leverages sales tools
- Assess sales and account management activities to determine progress and required improvements.
- Identify and support opportunities for the training & professional development of team members.
- Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources including Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, as well as Legal, Security, and Customer Success
Qualities for Success:
- Proven track record managing a high-performing Enterprise SaaS Account Management Team
- Proven track record of exceeding renewal and expansion sales quota
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and close complex enterprise level contracts
What We're Looking For
- Degree preferred
- No certs required
- 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS Account Management experience focused on satisfaction, client retention, renewal and expansion sales, and a proven track record managing a high-performing Enterprise SaaS Account Management Team
- Experience building highly consultative client relationships
- HCM, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, ATS Experience
- Ideally, this person will live in the US and can be successful working from home
