The person in this role will take on the task of creating new partnerships with large health systems all over the US, with a specialized focus on the West coast. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of success in early-stage, high-growth enterprise healthcare software companies.
About the Role
- Meet and exceed target bookings for assigned territory
- Create and manage a strategic plan to sell CancerIQ solutions into leading health systems within territory
- Connect with health system executives and oncology leadership to educate them on precision medicine program design
- Collaborate with members of CancerIQ’s sales and marketing team and participate in lead generation as well as new customer acquisition and eligibility
- Represent CancerIQ at targeted events and trade shows
Requirements
- 5 or more years experience in selling enterprise software solutions
- Experience selling into large health systems
- Proven success in closing large deals for an early or growth stage SaaS company
- Knowledge of healthcare budgeting cycles and processes
- Deep understanding of strategic selling principles
- Bachelor’s Degree focused in genomics and/or oncology or equivalent experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
