What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
- 6 – 10 years’ experience in technology/retail/ecommerce market space
- Proven ability to grow revenue and market share by using a strategic, disciplined, and focused approach
- Knowledge of sales planning and marketing concepts
- Experience with sales management tools, such as salesforce.com, and business productivity software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- An understanding of the “business question”- the ability to help develop a customer position, identify needs and how those needs relate to TransUnion’s capabilities
- Success in working with cross-functional teams to sell and deliver customer solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Impact you’ll make:
- Own the Market Development strategy for each growth initiative and product
- Create the Market Development plan (by product and market) to achieve annual LOB revenue goals
- Monitor and manage the Business Development pipeline in partnership with Sales to ensure that the business has sufficient and effective activity to meet its future Revenue goals
- Work with the Product and Sales Enablement teams to support Go-To-Market activities for new products through training/ education of Sales, development of customized sales presentations, customer positioning and key contacts
- Own, lead, and manage high potential sales cycles that are either highly complex, novel, or non-traditional/experimental in nature
- Lead industry partner relationship development and sales efforts
- Manage partner relations for custom development and delivery
