10+ year’s experience building and leading teams
5+ year’s experience in sales enablement and/or training ability to cultivate a culture of high performance through coaching an accountability
Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred with a focus in business, psychology and/or marketing

What You'll Bring:

Impact You'll Make:
- Drive improved sales results through call quality enhancements, pipeline management and balanced accountability programs.
- In partnership with VP of Sales, create daily, weekly, monthly sales effectiveness playbook Mentorship of sales leaders and ability to navigate them through coaching and performance management cycles.
- Foster and develop a coaching community for tenured sales leaders.
- Emphasis on sales performance management.
- Experienced selling with data/software solutions.
- Assess sales training needs; develop vision and strategy; gain alignment across the organization; and execute sales training programs.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including strong presentation skills.
- Project and process management experience.
