Farmer’s Fridge was founded in Chicago in 2013 with the mission of making wholesome, delicious food easily accessible, so people can live a little happier and healthier. Our network of 300+ software-enabled smart Fridges vend handcrafted salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, and more. We are striving to change the food system from the ground up – one Fridge at a time.

Are you looking for an opportunity to play a pivotal role at a rapidly growing company? Then, this could be the role for you. You will support the Chief Growth Officer in forecasting, planning, reviewing and improving growth team outcomes. This includes the forecasting, tracking, and reporting on growth plan, developing analyses and tools to improve sales outcomes, and providing strategic partnership to the growth leadership team (business development, sales, and accounts) to prepare for key internal and external meetings. 

In a typical week you will….

  • Partner with Chief Growth Officer on data-driven growth planning & lessons learned (incl. new business and expansion of existing business, upselling existing business)
  • Develop and run growth team management dashboards, data, analytics
  •  Be the key interface with our analytics and finance team to ensure consistency in data and reporting, and conduct special analyses
  • Develop compensation planning, research and accountability tools for sales team
  • Identify opportunities and develop tools to accelerate sales cycles
  • Be the business partner for key accounts teams; developing analyses and PowerPoint decks to pitch and close new business, and for key account business reviews
  • Supporting B2B digital marketing efforts to test & learn new approaches to developing business in new markets, channels

What are we looking for in a Director of Sales Enablement?

  • Ideal candidate will have experience at an established company where they learned what good looks like, PLUS experience in a start-up or early stage company where they are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and lack of systems/process
  • Strong financial and analytical skills combined with a naturally curiosity… someone who wants to dig in and uncover the story behind the numbers
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of seemingly incongruous data to assist in reviewing the business and create forecasts (a trouble shooter and trend spotter)
  • Loves creating clarity, developing efficiencies, driving process and identifying areas for improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate cross functionally
  • 7+ years professional experience
  • Finance, consulting, sales operations, or analytics background a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
