About this job

Responsibilities include:

· Leading commercial strategy and sales of NielsenIQ’s Global Snapshots solutions as part of client contract renewals or RFPs or build new relationships

· Coaching and mentoring a team of Client Managers

· Achieving sales and strategic objectives by clearly articulating NielsenIQ’s value proposition and use cases to retail decision makers specific to the product portfolio of responsibility

· Building meaningful client relationships with client stakeholders and teams

· Representing the voice of the customer to internal product development, product marketing, communications and delivery teams

· Working collaboratively with other product sales leads & cross functional partners

· Achieving sales quota consistent with NielsenIQ margin goals and delivery expectations

· Generate sales leads and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities across a portfolio of retail clients consistent with Nielsen IQ growth strategy

· Accurately forecasting the sales pipeline, areas of growth, areas of risk and prioritize to close sales consistent with sales cycle norms

· Ability to weave client specific insights, industry material and thought leadership information into client conversations to build context and clarity to the outcomes our solutions can deliver

· Own cross functional relationships globally and be a subject matter expert for your accounts and partners in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

· 10+ years’ experience in a relevant industry (FMCG Retail, consulting, sales)

· Proven team leadership experience

· SAAS sales background preferred

· Demonstrated success in achieving sales results

· Experienced in scoping and developing proposals, and negotiation strategies

· Excellent sales pipeline management skills with a track record of predictability and consistency

· Proficient in Microsoft Office software

· Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools, applications and platforms a plus
