  • Let your continuous improvement DNA run wild! No process, dashboard, go-to-market strategy, or philosophy is off-limits to revamp
  • Inform expansion strategy, including service offering innovation and new market entry
  • Standardize tools, reporting, goals, and strategies between Sales and Customer Success (functions that were previously siloed but are now consolidated under the Growth team)
  • Ensure front-line Sales & Customer Success reps have the enablement resources to drive consistent results
  • Improve real-time reporting visibility, with a keen focus on proactive/predictive forecasting
  • Improve sales velocity by increasing qualified opportunity volume, conversion rates, deal sizes, and cycle times through a mix of analytical rigor and qualitative strategies

    • Marketing - Improve lead quality, ROI, lead routing, attribution, etc
    • Product/Engineering – Enhance performance through improvements to our proprietary Paro platform
    • Finance – Budgeting, unit economics, discounting strategy
  • Manage team of direct report through their Paro careers, helping them achieve their goals and develop as operations professionals. You will inherit two experienced analysts out of the gate (one from the legacy Sales org, the other from Customer Success)

  • Remove roadblocks from your team through tactics ranging from technical automation to closing knowledge gaps, and improving cross-functional processes
  • Develop and present “insight to action” plans to Growth organization on a frequent cadence
  • Set and continually evaluate quotas, ramp-up plans, and promotion criteria for both Account Executives (Sales) and Account Managers (Customer Success)
  • Manage commission, bonus, and all other variable compensation processes
  • Oversee maintenance and optimization of Growth Team technology stack: CRM (Salesforce), engagement (Outreach), account prioritization (Anaplan), training (Lessonly)

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales and/or revenue operations roles, including at least 3 years in direct people management capacities
  • Possess deep quantitative skillset, with data-driven insights consistently at the core of recommendations
  • Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement, translating ambiguous gaps into discrete initiatives, and executing on prioritized roadmaps
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales organizations, ideally with exposure to consultative and solution-based selling Methodologies
  • Skilled at managing across the full spectrum of stakeholders: “Down” to direct reports, “across” to intra-Sales and cross-functional peers, and “up” to VP Growth and Leadership Team
