About AMOpportunities

AMOpportunities is on-demand clinical training for healthcare trainees. We are an online platform that connects international students to required US clinical experience

We are a startup of 18 employees located in River North. Our innovative services allow trainees to confidently search, apply, and attend the experience they need. Such rotations are used for school, medical licensing, and medical residency requirements.

 

Job Summary:

  • Act as a first point of contact for prospective visitors (medical students and doctors)
  • Qualify leads through customer engagement
  • Build relationships with individual prospects
  • Guide prospects through sales funnel from Discovery to Sale

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond to all incoming support tickets, live chat leads, and social messages in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Develop, maintain, and build customer base on existing platform
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service over phone, email, text and live chat platforms
  • Develop familiarity with program listings and advise customers on best fit programs
  • Proactive outreach to incoming leads via email, phone, CRM, and livechat/facebook
  • Identify customer trends, provide feedback to management on customer preferences, demand, and pain points.
  • Develop high level familiarity with U.S. Education System.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft office; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • CRM software experience is a plus.
