To keep that momentum going strong, we’re expanding our team of enthusiastic go-getters. We’re on the hunt for a Director of Sales who is eager to expand their career while expanding our business.
Your work will include exceeding growth, retention, and market share goals, as set by the CEO. You will be training, developing and leading our current sales team and also be responsible for the team’s growth through networking and recruiting. You’ll be refining our outbound sales approach and be able to think strategically across the business to find and develop methods to grow. You have a natural ability to foster a supportive culture, that’s both motivating and respectful, in order to achieve results. You have a track record of team development and successful recruiting strategies. You have been a key player in the successful growth of a company in a relevant industry and have a proven methodology to prospect and retain customers.
You are results driver who is able to motivate individuals to achieve and exceed goals by establishing accountabilities, and agreeing to high standards and measures. You can provide timely and relevant feedback while clarifying performance expectations. You are committed to providing your direct reports with processes and opportunities for them to understand their strengths and limitations in relation to a range of high-quality and relevant competencies.
You take a systematic approach in contributing to making the company’s workflow more effective, efficient and are capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. You can provoke a shared commitment to the organization by building morale and encouraging the ownership of our purpose and values.
You're well versed in Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards. You have the natural ability to breakdown a sales call and adapt your coaching from basic to advanced.
