We are looking for a Distribution Manager, responsible for the overall management of the Driver and Fulfillment teams in our remote Midwest markets. You will own hiring, firing, training, and development of salaried and hourly employees in your territory. You’ll create process and product improvements to improve SLAs and metrics across the Distribution and Fulfillment teams, reviewing and auditing metrics to identify areas of improvement.

*This role will require up to 70% travel to various Midwest markets

What You’ll Do:

• Manage hourly and salaried employees on our Distribution team, including leading hiring, scheduling, development, and 1 on 1s
• Create communication loops to ensure data is shared among all shifts and teams
• Lead weekly reviews of metrics and identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency, capacity, etc
• Iterate on delivery process, including updating SOPs and training and re-training drivers
• Gather employee feedback to prioritize impactful change
• Create and implement training initiatives to improve operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on metrics and create new solutions in our processes
• Support new market launches
• Develop weekly goals and audit information to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in full
• Work to solve fulfillment issues in the field to ensure customer satisfaction

What Your Background May Look Like:

• 3-5 years of management experience
• Proven success working cross-functionally
• Proficient with G Suite and/or Microsoft Office
• Experience with the following technologies preferred: Zendesk, Asana, Routific, Paycor, Bridge, Salesforce, CMS, Slack
