Provi is looking for a Distributor Account Manager to work hand in hand with one of our most valuable resources, our Distributor Partners. Provi partners with Distributors all across the country to save time, and increase profitability for their sales reps and customers. Our Distributor Account Managers are responsible for creating strong working relationships with Distributor leadership and sales teams to effectively launch partnerships, add value, and increase lead generation from the Distributor sales team to our Inside Sales team.
What you’ll be doing
Creating deep relationships with Distributor c-level leadership, sales managers, and front line employees - being their point of contact at Provi and the face of our company within their organization.
Training sales reps, presenting new products and product improvements, and reporting on progress both within the distributor and to Provi Leadership.
Tracking and encouraging lead flow from the distributor to our Provi Sales Team.
Monitoring and increasing usage of Provi’s distributor sales tools, and upselling tools that the customer is not currently using.
What we are looking for
Project and account manager: Capable of getting things done while creating relationships and delivering value to the distributor.
Empathy and accountability: Showing genuine care for our customers, while achieving your goals and creating the best possible partnership.
Strong communicator internally and externally: Able to actively listen, manage complex relationships, and share feedback both with the distributor and with other departments.
