HammerTech is looking for an Enterprise (Strategic) Account Executive to join our Enterprise team. We offer competitive salaries, great benefits, and a high-energy environment with lots of room for personal and professional growth.  

HammerTech’s Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for capturing new logos as well as developing and closing new business within enterprise accounts.  

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prospect, develop and close new customers for HammerTech’s construction technology platform and solutions.
  • Develop and execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential.
  • Meet and exceed quota; create and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Sell the HammerTech vision to prospects through product demonstrations, events, and target-specific initiatives.
  • Make our customers successful. Possess empathy and exceptional listening skills to identify pain points and build value propositions accordingly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of quota carrying, enterprise software sales experience.
  • Ability to operate and move deals through complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience selling complex cloud computing software.
  • Ability to penetrate net new accounts and strategically value sell six/seven figure transactions.
  • Detailed and deliberate process-driven approach to identifying opportunities and building out early-stage sales funnel.
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level IT executives.
  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets.
  • Start-up/High-Growth experience and managing an early stage territory.
  • Highly motivated, an overachieving hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and good communication skills a must.
  • Have a solid understanding of the construction technology industry; where the market is heading, what’s hot / what’s not.
  • Four-year university/college degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Occasional (once a month or quarter) calls or work outside of standard working hours in the US (e.g., conference calls with sales team in Australia in the evening US time)
