What we are looking for: Our Enterprise Account Executives play a fundamental role in helping Fast Radius achieve its ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth plans. You will join our Enterprise Sales team, which focuses on supporting projects for large corporations and high growth startups. We are looking for extraordinary individuals who are able to generate their own leads, effectively working inbound leads, collaborate with our Business Development and Sales Development teams, and close new business. Although the focus is initially new customer acquisition, candidates also need to be effective in growing their account base as they proceed in tenure.

About the Role:

  • Develop sales strategies to land designated accounts at scale
  • Partner with Business Development and Sales Development Representatives to conduct outreach via email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Build relationships with prospects, deeply understand their needs and identify opportunities to generate value for them through Fast Radius’ services
  • Generate opportunities by evangelizing Fast Radius’s services in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling Fast Radius solutions with a value selling approach
  • Partner with Customer Application Engineering to clarify technical project requirements
  • Execute on large opportunities of $100k+ through close
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer receives maximum value and any potential fulfillment issue is solved prompt
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
  • Collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross functional groups to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and best practices

About You:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 5-7+ years of full sales cycle experience, 2+ in enterprise sales
  • Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the enterprise segment
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong track record
  • Extraordinary people skills - proven ability to make strong connections and build rapport with prospects quickly
  • Superb listening skills and high levels of empathy
  • Proven track record of hunting in greenfield environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High sense of urgency, great time management skills and comfort with ambiguity
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, Business Development, Legal) to assist in sales cycles and close deals
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn and grow every day
