As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the use of Relativity with enterprise organizations and law firms and articulating how expanded use of Relativity's software can add value to their business. The Enterprise Account Manager works under general direction of managers and senior team members.

Role Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales plans for the territory
  • Meet or exceed sales quota through identifying all key players at an account, introducing new products, gaining commitment on new product purchases and working with Customer Success to help clients maximize their investment in Relativity
  • Perform product demonstrations
  • Manage and expand Relativity’s relationship within assigned Enterprise organizations and law firms
  • Coordinate resources throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Manage and document the details of the sales cycle in Salesforce.com and provide regular updates of your pipeline to sales leadership
  • Work with the entire sales team to share ideas and foster an open and collaborative environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of quota carrying sales and account management experience
  • Complex enterprise selling experience with at least some minimal SaaS exposure (1-2 years)
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing a book of business
  • Willingness to travel 35% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of ROI and TCO principles
  • Legal technology experience is a major plus for this role but experience in a parallel industry (CMS, big data analytics, ERP solutions) will suffice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity and ability to ask great questions
