What you will be doing:

As a Executive Assistant - Sales, you will be a key driver to the success of our sales team by providing exceptional administrative and operations support to the Chief Development Officer and our RVP of Business Development team. You will also serve as a team liaison by partnering and collaborating with our internal teams as well as prospective clients to streamline sales communication.

The successful candidate is a proactive, self-starter with a high level of discretion and maturity to independently problem solve and deliver on competing priorities. He/She is also extremely organized and committed to operational excellence in order to best support his/her leader and team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and maintain calendars for the Chief Development Officer and RVP of Business Development team including client appointments, internal meetings, travel, and industry-related events
  • Facilitate travel arrangements with a priority to seek the most cost effective and accommodating option(s)
  • Provide administrative support and document sales and/or client meeting details into Salesforce platform
  • Partner with Marketing to coordinate sales event participation including the attendee registration, sales event materials, and travel accommodations
  • Administer Sales and Marketing special projects such as preparing sales collateral and presentation materials, planning team events, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Experience providing direct support to Leadership in an Executive Assistant and/or administrative capacity
  • Strong operational management, project management, and process improvement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills to unique situations
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google applications and Microsoft office; Salesforce is a plus!
