Responsibilities:

• Oversee the wedding & events business unit and it's multi-million dollar P&L.
• Recruit, hire, and grow the existing wedding & events team across cities.
• Set sales goals, track KPIs, and manage individual & team performance.
• Scale wedding & events products to meet growing demand & new cities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in chief revenue and/or lead growth roles.
• Proven track record growing sales and new product lines.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and scale multi-functional teams.
• Positive growth mindset & shared values with Flowers for Dreams brand.
