About the Role

You’ll be selling on behalf of Salient Growth’s clients. This immediate opportunity is to bring ShedWool, a hot young startup, to market with their world class employee scheduling software. You’re able to work from home, coffee shops, or anywhere you like. You’ll be given a book of leads with some inbound contacts sprinkled in. The primary objective is to generate pipeline and drive revenue. In the role you’ll be:

  • Gaining real world experience on how to build a sales process
  • Selling for a high potential startup and seeing the in’s and out’s of startup life
  • Emailing and calling business owners, managers, and other buyers
  • Setting meetings to understand current processes and show demos
  • Track and record outreach, meetings, and notes into HubSpot (CRM)
  • Participate in training and development to improve your skills
  • Collaborate with the sales team for best practices

Ideal Candidates

  • Past sales experience (3+ years)
