We are currently searching for a high caliber and accountable Account Development/Inside Sales Representative to be a part of our new demand generation team. As an integral part of the sales cycle, you will support and work cross functionally with sales leadership, marketing and sales operations teams. In this role you will drive new leads as well as deliver and communicate demo and value proposition content to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate new sales activity through targeted, outbound lead generation
  • Nurture and follow up on warm leads to secure meetings (SQLs) for assigned sales executives
  • Effectively collaborate with assigned sales executives to ensure alignment in strategy and goals to maximize opportunities and sales activity within specific territories
  • Successfully identify, qualify and close qualified prospects for meetings with sales executives; overcome objections through consultative approach
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s and monthly quota of Sales Qualified Leads and Sales Accepted Leads
  • Track and manage activities, meetings and opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard internal sales processes
  • Be the subject matter expert on Ensono infrastructure optimization solution and value proposition

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • 8+ years of experience with complex technology products, services and solutions (SaaS, cloud, managed series, IT, mainframe)
  • A proven track record successfully targeting senior level VP/+ executives for converted meetings
  • 8+ years of experience using Salesforce.com CRM for tracking and managing meetings and opportunities
  • Ability to articulate company value proposition

Strong knowledge of competitive, vertical and industry trends
