We're looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our Growth team and help us scale and manage our inbound and outbound business development teams.

About This Role

As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of BDR’s to effectively prospect into key accounts and develop pipeline for the account executive team. This includes hiring, goal setting, performance analysis, and day-to-day coaching. This role reports to the Director of Business Development and will work closely with our account executives and coordinate with colleagues from the marketing team. 

What you'll do:

  • Ownership of monthly pipeline goal
  • Daily sales coaching and performance management
  • Master conversion metrics
  • Manage to KPIs that lead to consistent performance
  • Identify trends and report effectively in SFDC
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing to continually optimize productivity
  • Hire exceptional talent and develop them into successful BDR’s and the future account executives of Hologram
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountability

Helpful skills and experience:

  • 3+ Years of sales experience 
  • 1+ Years experience managing, hiring, and leading a team 
  • SaaS experience 
  • Prior closing experience preferred
  • Outstanding Coaching Skills Hands-on leadership style
  • Passionate about talent development
  • Ability to quickly assess skills gaps and develop improvement plans
  • Thrives in ambiguity 
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
