Purpose of Position: The Inside Sales Rep sells technology products and online marketing solutions within an assigned territory to FTD Member florists. Successful candidates will exceed assigned targets, and support company initiatives as needed. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Help member florists achieve success by utilizing our software and hardware solutions

* Sell technology and marketing solutions to FTD member florists

* Make 50 or more outbound calls per day

* Develop and provide sales leads for outside sales force

* Handle inbound and outbound sales queue

* Develop and execute sales strategy to exceed assigned sales targets

* Support other company initiatives as needed 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

* Willingness to make 50 plus phone calls per day without exception

* Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

* Ability to develop and create effective sale presentations

* Previous inside sales experience a plus

* Exceptional listening and communication skills

* Strong passion for selling

* Desire to win

* Ability to articulate features and benefits to successfully close a sale

* Ability to overcome objections in order to close a sale

* Prior success in selling technology or online marketing solutions
