Role Description
Shiftgig is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. We are looking for a driven, resourceful, team player who has high-energy, and has previous knowledge of the staffing industry as well as technology. You will be responsible for the outbound sales and marketing activities for Shiftgig. Successful Account Executives at Shiftgig have experience doing deep levels of discovery, objection handling, and have exceptional customer service skills. As well as, conducting compelling and engaging product demonstrations via web or in- person. You will acquire ongoing market intelligence by researching trends and best practices, and becoming an expert in the technology community. In this role you will report to the Director of Account Management.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle sales processes: prospect, discovery, solution, negotiation, and closure.
Plan out your activities and meetings to ensure you are focused on your largest opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline
Create reliable forecasts and be transparent with management on the pipeline status
Use Salesforce.com every day for tracking activities, and pipeline and forecast reporting
Identify and develop additional strategic opportunity within client organizations
Consistently close new business and meet or exceed your net revenue quota
Work to create and evolve the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team
Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
Work closely with Client Success Team.
Desired Experience / Qualifications
BA/BS,
3-5 years of professional experience in sales
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic
Demonstrating a track record of identifying, prospecting, closing, and developing strategic clients
Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic company culture and industry
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
CRM Experience
Strong ability to engage c-level executives
Strong Business Acumen, written and verbal communications skills
