The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling existing customer inquiries and pursue new prospects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

  • Uncover, qualify, and build the sales opportunity pipeline
  • Maintain records of all interactions with qualified prospects using Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrate high degree of diligence and accountability
  • Effectively communicate with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales activities

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business and/or telephone sales,
  • Ability to generate leads though outbound activity (cold calling/inside sales, email, social)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and outstanding time management skills
  • Goal oriented with a drive to achieve results

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the hospitality field a plus
  • Previous telephone sales
  • Experience with voice or data networks
