The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling existing customer inquiries and pursue new prospects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
- Uncover, qualify, and build the sales opportunity pipeline
- Maintain records of all interactions with qualified prospects using Salesforce.com
- Demonstrate high degree of diligence and accountability
- Effectively communicate with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales activities
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business and/or telephone sales,
- Ability to generate leads though outbound activity (cold calling/inside sales, email, social)
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool
- Self-starter, highly motivated, with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and outstanding time management skills
- Goal oriented with a drive to achieve results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the hospitality field a plus
- Previous telephone sales
- Experience with voice or data networks
