Integrations Specialist

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a member to our Customer Care team. The Integrations Specialist will work as the liaison between our Customer Success and Implementation teams and our vendor partners. This individual will focus on ensuring all of our new customers have their accounts set up to predetermined specifications as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise within our many integrations. A true team player, this individual plays a huge part in the overall success of user adoption and experience.
As an Integrations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with our vendor partners to set up all Hireology customer integrations
- Monitoring and managing project plans to completion
- Working collaboratively with Implementation and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve
- Acting as the go-to person on the Customer Care team for specification questions
- Corresponding directly with users regarding the status of tickets

Okay, we’ve laid out what the job is - now are you qualified? Below are the minimum qualifications we’re looking for in an Integrations Specialist candidate.
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and customer-centric
