We are looking for an entry level Lifecycle Development Representative (LDR) to join our marketing team. At ActiveCampaign, the LDR team handles inbound leads that come through our live chat and free trial, providing the optimal concierge experience for our prospects and qualifying, passing, and/or closing business where relevant. Our ideal team member will be highly organized, goal-oriented, and a self-starter.


What your day could consist of:

  • Actively manage your pipeline of inbound leads with a regular cadence of personalized emails and calls
  • Responding to prospects' and customers' questions that come through a variety of channels i.e. live chat, email, and phone
  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Running discovery conversations to understand customer needs and qualify sales opportunities
  • Working closely with senior sales teams to ensure seamless transition of leads
  • Closing small deals on your own

  • Applicable internship or sales experience
  • Effective communicator and the ability to relate to others
  • Willingness to collaborate with internal teams
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn and grow in your sales career
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated to reach/exceed quota
  • An inquisitive nature and a passion for understanding what makes a prospects business successful and/or unsuccessful
  • Build upon ActiveCampaign’s goal of creating the best customer experience in the industry as we look for our own platform to improve the customer experience of over one million growing businesses
