What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or info systems/analytics or the equivalent plus 3+ years in sales operations, financial analysis, and/or info systems/analytics and Experience managing teams. 

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and challenges and developing solutions to addresses gaps and issues. 

Effective customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Deep knowledge of TransUnion’s CRM system and other systems supporting sales operations activities.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and balance thought with action while getting the most out of limited resources.

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous challenges.

Flexible work hours in order to accommodate special meeting requests, trainings and demonstrations for customers in different time zones

We'd love to see:

Advanced skills with Salesforce.com, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ETL and data visualization tools. 

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s) throughout all levels of an organization. Ability to effectively work remotely.

Availability for some overnight travel and on call escalations.

Demonstration of a high degree of ownership and ability to work independently.

Consulting and/or structured project management and/or programming experience. 

Prior experience working in a global environment. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Tableau CRM.

Impact You'll Make

As a Sales Operations Manager you manage and develop a team of analysts that provide holistic support to our Sales Leadership teams including activities such as support for completion and distribution of the business unit’s annual plan, quarterly forecasting metrics/analysis and coordination of plan transfer activities. 

You provide subject matter and industry expertise and guidance across our sales operations functions and are a key resource to our sales leaders to identify creative and efficient solutions to their objectives.

In addition, as a senior team member in this field you will collaborate in the development of appropriate operating policies, procedures and training materials; proactively seek ways for the sales operations team to improve its processes and technology to enhance the customer experience, provide value added services and provide specialized sales leadership support as appropriate for global sales leaders.
