Mid-Market Account Executive
What are we looking for in an Mid-Market Account Executive?
Someone who understands what it takes to build relationships with top level C-Suite Executives, creating partnerships with major accounts (15-250 Location Brands), passionate about the hospitality industry, and knowledgeable in the restaurant technology space. You will be responsible for negotiating Franchisor/Franchisee Service Agreements while internally working with our Franchise Account Executives and Enterprise Managers on how to drive adoption and engagement for executed agreements. While driving new Partnerships, you will also be collaborating with our Enterprise Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to develop prospecting strategies and best practices as Chowly continues to grow.
What You’ll Do:
Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly, yearly sales goals
Work closely with other Account Executives to develop acquisition and expansion strategy on key accounts
Sell and generate new business across targeted brands that have 15-250 Locations across the US
Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with major restaurant brands, ensuring positive economics on both sides
Work with a cross-functional team of sales, product team, marketing and enterprise managers at Chowly
Conduct regular outreach of calls, emails, and in-person meetings using a consultative sales approach, displaying your knowledge in the space
Develop presentations that cater to specific clients needs in regards to our solution
Execute all required tasks on time and with high quality results
Help us identify and build best practices for our sales process
Attend industry focused conferences and events across the US (6-8 per year)
Work with our legal counsel in completing service agreements in a timely manner
Create and build relationships with our many POS and Third-Party Delivery Partners
What You’ll Need:

Desire to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Restaurant industry or hospitality experience preferred
3+ B2B years of sales experience preferred
Ability to travel nationally up to 10% of the time, per month
