National Sales Manager

Job Duties
The Sales Manager, has two primary objectives:
1. Develop and manage new business for CCC’s proprietary software: Pinnacle Yard Management, an end to end sales, supply chain and inventory software solution for the recycler and Salvage Yard industry and, an integral part of CCC’s value chain.
2. Manage and support a three-person national sales team; helping close sales and managing overall performance and growth, enabling and coaching day to day activities
Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining customer relationships ensuring satisfaction, ROI and renewals. Partnering with internal stakeholders in Product development and implementation ensuring successful rollouts.
This individual will also partner cross-functionally with internal sales and customer facing groups to help drive synergy and uncover product cross-selling opportunities driving sales and revenue.
The base location of this position is open, though will require the ability to travel nationally 75%.
- Responsible for overall team sales plan and associated sales and revenue goals
- Develop overall strategic plan for building book of business in the salvage yard and recycler markets
- Set team strategy and a repeatable process for creating value propositions, tailored for specific customer’s business
- Set sales goals for the team, including metrics for identification and qualification of new customers
- Create and present pipeline reports to track sales cycle and forecast revenue
- Grow and maintain relationships with large customers
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through coordinated efforts within the entire organization
- Implement required sales process for each strategic account
- Provide customer feedback to the internal CCC product and market teams
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, relationship sales skills
- High energy, self-motivated, technology savvy
- Bachelor’s degree in business field required
- Minimum of 5 years direct selling experience, sales management and project management experience required
- Previous technology/software/e-commerce/SAAS experience required
- Prior track record of meeting sales, revenue and profitability targets
- Salvage yard/Recycling industry experience is very helpful
- Training or implementation experience is a plus
