The Partner Relationship Associate Manager is responsible for managing, technically and operationally complex, strategic Partnerships for large revenue Card Linked Partnerships.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our Processing and Operations, Data Science and Customer Support teams to ensure that third party Partner programs are operating at their full potential. This position requires a highly organized, data-driven individual with an attention to detail, business negotiations, and critical thinking skills. Basic knowledge of Card Networks, deals and offers platforms, and payment processing experience is highly preferred.

In this role, you must be a team player, be able to present confidently to senior executives, be dedicated to meeting deliverables on time, skilled at building relationships, effective in cross-functional projects, and be able to learn new technologies quickly.

This role reports to the Director, Partner Development.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities. What you’ll do:

 

•Partner Development – Building new and strengthening existing partner relationships and serving as an all-in-one solutions provider to partners and the RN Executive Team.

•Operations– Capture new and best practices from each partner and drive adoption of those practices across all partners.

•Execution– Quarterback new and existing partner product development, lead innovation across all partnerships to create engagement, activity and profitability.

•Iteration– Use data-driven decision making and sound business judgement to test and build the tools and processes needed to serve, retain and grow our most important partner programs, ultimately driving them towards operational efficiency and excellence.

•Influence – Work cross-functionally, and with management, to monitor daily program performance and provide custom reporting of information required by internal teams. Achieve organizational buy-in for new processes and products. 

Qualifications:

•Forward Thinking & Process Oriented — you are growth-minded and always thinking of ideas on how to move and improve processes. You respond timely to Internal and external requests.

Knowledge & Experience:

•3 - 5 years of experience in partnerships / business development / account management / marketing operations / sales support or related functional experience (in high-growth or early-stage companies is a plus)

•Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint / Microsoft office suite

•Experience using Analytic & Reporting Tools such as Google Analytics, Domo or Microstrategy.

•Travel and partner entertaining estimated at 5-15% (once business travel is permitted to resume)

•Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
