About the Role

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing G2’s strategic integration partners. This person should be detail-oriented and enjoy building and managing relationships both internally and externally with our partners. The PSM must have prior experience with leading and structuring multiple engagements with parallel work streams, spanning internal projects, partner onboarding, and acting as the glue between marketing, product and sales.

The Partner Success Manager must be solution-focused and deliver on goals both big and small. As the ringleader of daily programs & partner activities, this individual needs to drive all tactical elements, meet deliverable requirements and deliver a seamless partner experience and juggle multiple engagements with ease. We know this is no small task, but we suspect the ideal candidate will be excited to dive right in and take charge!

You will be responsible for managing new customer deployments, managing project kickoffs, sharing best practices, and project managing ongoing customer / sales adoption and activation of G2 integrations. In this role, you will be measured against the number of customers who are actively using G2 integrations and the sales revenue influenced by them. Key activities include:

  • Partner Relations: Build strong and authentic relationships with G2 integration partners. Be in the know on their upcoming launches, product changes, leadership changes and share updates to G2 leadership 
  • Industry Expertise: You will be seen as the internal expert on all things MarTech and will be responsible for keeping up with industry trends, shifts and new players. 
  • Strategic Planning: As the market expert, we want our PSM to set future direction for the category that informs G2 strategy, incremental partners and expectations per partner
  • Daily Execution: Manage all cross-functional work streams associated to co-marketing, co-selling, sales enablement, customer success and partner relations
  • Documentation: Document and share all relevant integration and adoption information to partners, sales and G2 leadership
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all internal stakeholders on project prioritization and ensure programs have the right resources allocated from multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Efficiency: Prioritize and streamline tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency, escalate issues when necessary.

In this role you will:

  • Effectively manage project schedule with multiple concurrent integration launches  and report project status.
  • Own/escalate any issues preventing successful launches or ongoing Partner strategies.
  • Develop functional & light-technical expertise with G2’s API solutions and maintain knowledge as features/capabilities continue to evolve and new/updated products are rolled out over time.
  • Work cross-functionally to help plan, execute, and drive adoption of process improvements.
  • Lead by example to contribute to a high performing, creative and collaborative culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of partnerships, integrations, project management or CSM experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • B2B/technology industry experience or marketing industry experience
