What is a Partner Success Manager?  

We are looking for an experienced partner success manager to help us bring Clearcover insurance product solutions to an evolving partner and agency distribution channels.   You’ll have the opportunity to work across each of our functional areas to thoroughly understand our products, sales experience, operational processes and build the strategy to represent them externally. 

There are three areas of responsibility for the partner success manager. 

  • Develop go to market strategy for product enhancements and new states in for our quickly evolving and growing agency channel 
  • Direct our partner and agent communication strategy for product enhancements, technology releases, and other business related communications 
  • Guide the development of agent training materials, including our agent knowledge base

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Agency Development and Training –  Own strategy and continued development of our agent training assets, including the agent resource center
  • Team Development – Lead the development of our training and communications team. 
  • Content Creation - Oversee development and collaboration with Brand, Product, Customer/Agent Advocacy, and Insurance Product teams as we build media assets that meet the needs of multiple channels. 
  • Partner Communications – Lead our partner communication strategy across multiple channels
  • Go to Market Strategy - Partner with our insurance product and marketing teams to build our go to market strategy for product enhancements and new geographic territories. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work effectively with members of customer service, brand, compliance, operational teams to effectively support the channel. 
  • Public Relations - Oversight of new partner promotion and public relation announcements, ongoing review of partner/agency approved content, and partner with marketing on partner/agency engagement strategies

What are our must haves?

  • Professional experience in property/casualty insurance in training/development, communications, and go to market strategy
  • You have a proven track record in agency training and development
  • You have lead multiple successful go-to-market launches
  • You have an  innovative approach to something the industry has been doing for decades; you’re not afraid to try something new using data to measure results, and determine strategic next steps.
  • You are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and have the ability to manage details across various projects. Goal crushing is your specialty. 
  • You are a natural problem-solver who can work amidst ambiguity and bring clarity to undefined processes. 
  • You’re fluent working across various insurance distribution channels. 
  • You’re able to build effective relationships, both internally and externally, and can navigate complex relationships.
  • You’re hands-on and a self-starter. You have the ability to lead and drive initiatives with little oversight – the persistence and tenacity to break down barriers while also bringing people together towards a common goal.
  • You’re flexible. You have the ability to work amidst ambiguity and adapt as we grow and expand.
  • You have a growth mindset. You’re driven to improve performance through continued learning.
  • You are data driven. You ask the right questions, and look for key data points to support decisions and performance assessment and communications efforts with our agents and partners. 
  • P&C licensed, CPCU designation, CIC, or similar designations preferred.
