Pre-Sales Solutions Manager
We are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Solutions Manager to join our super-fast-growing tech company that is disrupting the real estate industry. You’ll be trusted with a high level of responsibility and report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
The ideal Pre-Sales Solutions Manager is a tenacious problem solver that will serve as a technical liaison between the Rise Buildings sales team and internal/external stakeholders on strategic deals. You will explain the benefits and technical aspects of Rise’s solutions to potential partners while demonstrating how our products are superior in the market and how they solve specific customer problems.
What You’ll Do
- Fulfill customer technology requirements with Rise’s existing solutions while identifying and exploring areas that require further development and non-standard requests.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers on Rise’s SaaS, hardware and other solutions.
- Help the sales team find answers to technical questions and uncover requirements collected during demos and meetings with customers. Provide technical support on RFP’s.
- Maintain an ongoing list of integration partners and competitors for the company, demonstrating a high awareness of industry issues and trends.
- Participate in development and roadmap discussions to be aware of new features/enhancements to existing products and to track customer requests.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry required.
- Knowledge of web services, hardware, access control systems, building automation systems, iOS/Android app development and/or APIs preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience developing, implementing and/or managing software systems preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences with ease and eventually participate in client meetings, events and trade shows, with some travel required.
