RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover opportunities
  • Map customer vision & requirements to specific products and components
  • Manage consulting engagements and the quality of the output
  • Ensure the strategy is actionable and well documented for a clean handover to implementation
  • Design and drive stakeholder workshops to define and prioritize the client's strategic and immediate needs
  • Coordinate in close collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design the solution that will meet the client's needs to drive business value
  • Aid the business development team with proposals and pitches for new business
  • Work with account managers to build and manage customer relationships
  • Respond to RFP's, create proposals and present them to our potential clients
  • Own and drive presale activities in the Insurance vertical
  • Act as an advocate and work to remove business, technical and political roadblocks


REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience in data, cloud, and technology domains
  • Proven history of longevity in a delivery, consulting, or presale's role
  • Expert in the Insurance industry and hands on experience working with Insurance clients
  • Strong Understanding of ISV space and package implementations (Guidewire, Duckcreek, Majesco, EIS, Insurity, UNQORK, Fadata, Pega, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with senior business and IT stakeholders as well as end-users
  • Ability to facilitate and drive strategy discussions as well as participate in and influence solution design
  • Highly skilled in managing customer expectations and explaining project deliverables to senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale software/technology initiatives
  • Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone whenever a new technological trend in Data & Analytics
