Private Fleet Sales Representative

What you will be doing:
The Private Fleet Sales Rep is part of the Strategic Capacity team. The Private Fleet Sales Rep is responsible for onboarding and growing capacity which is owned or controlled by a current or potential MoLo shipper. The responsibilities of this position range from prospecting new accounts, contract negotiations, onboarding, dedicated lane and ad hoc capacity booking, tracking, issue resolution, etc. As a Private Fleet Sales Rep, you will have monthly goals set by leadership to ensure growth is being achieved. To be successful in this role, you must be hardworking, diligent in attention to detail, and strategic in efforts to load fleets’ capacity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new private fleets into MoLo’s network
- Grow fleet volume by dedicating lanes and booking ad hoc capacity on MoLo open board
- Share static capacity with SCR’s to dedicate existing or potential MoLo freight
- Service all booked freight by owning tracking, issue resolution, etc.
- Daily communication with tagged fleets to uncover and book all available capacity while simultaneously improving relationship with fleet decision makers
- Report accessorials within a timely manner and escalate fleet exceptions as needed
- Report monthly volume and revenue to customer rep/team sharing same account
- Achieve high monthly KPI’s set by Strategic Capacity leadership
- Participate in bi-annual performance reviews and monthly 1:1’s
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years carrier sales experience
- Sales minded individual and team-oriented player
- Self-motivated individual with proven issue resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and hit designated metrics
- High attention to detail and proven ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree preferred
