Regional Vice President, Sales

We are seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Regional Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Account Executives (AE’s). The RVP will play a key role in generating revenue and achieving individual, team and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to sales strategy while providing definition and implementation to help Account Executives achieve corporate objectives.
Responsibility: Lead a team to accomplish LogicGate’s business objectives while learning, growing, advancing their careers, and acting consistently with LogicGate’s Core Values.
- Participating and leading client and prospect meetings; engage other corporate resources as required
- Providing ongoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on sales process
- Conducting weekly forecast meetings
- Coaching direct reports regarding strategies to drive deal closure
- Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
- Driving sales activity of the team, and tracking the results through best-in-class utilization of Salesforce (CRM)
Required Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 2+ years sales management experience
- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
- Someone who is curious and has the desire to understand our customer’s problems – and then effectively communicate how LogicGate can add value
- Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications
- Great listening skills, as well as humility. We won’t be the right solution all the time for every organization, so we believe in understanding customer needs first before we make our pitch
- Tech-savvy – can quickly pick up new technology and understands our platform front and back
- Excellent presentation and product demo skills, typically via web conference.
- Great people skills. Ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them
- Builds lasting relationships. Someone who is in it for the long term and understands the value in building trust with customers
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and sales automation software
- Experience in BPM or GRC software is a huge plus
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where change is a constant
- Ability to be transparent and set clear expectations
- Interest in developing skills and getting better every day
- Willingness to be creative, test solutions, measure results, and iterate on a process for continual improvement
- Ability to gather and use data to make business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
