Relationship Manager

About the role:
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll work with existing clients to understand their unique business needs, align on objectives, and strategize to deliver increasing value along their GRC journey. You can expect to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the client experience is second-to-none. As a quota-carrying team member, you’ll see the results of your efforts in your paycheck throughout the entire year.
How you’ll spend your time:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the entire customer life-cycle
- Partner strategically to bolster expansion revenue and renewals
- Focus on identifying, growing, and developing existing customers by creating long term goals and strategic roadmaps that lead to new business generation
We get excited about you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in complex technical sales
- Ability to build long term relationships with customers in multiple verticals and work cross functionally
- History of exceeding growth quota in Account Manager or Account Executive role and competitive spirit
- Curiosity and a desire to understand our customer’s problems and effectively communicate how LogicGate can add value
- Previous experience in fast paced startup environment navigating uncertainty/grey areas
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time – organization, time-management, and attention to detail are important
- Great people skills with the ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them

We are currently working on becoming compliant with new regulations in Colorado. Until we are able to do so, this role cannot be performed in Colorado.
