Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to enhance their relationship with Machinio and retain/grow their business.
  • Ensure clients are getting the most value from their Machinio membership.
  • Manage accounts and lead the process of membership renewals.
  • Collaborate with multiple other department at Machinio to develop strategies and improve processes.

We’re looking for:

  • Sales/Customer Success/Account Management experience.
  • People eager to have an impact on an integral part of a growing company.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary + commission + bonuses (first year OTE 75k - 80k, with the opportunity to make much more)
