Retention Manager
GoHealth Retention Manager will manage employees that conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and field inbound sales calls in to our sales agent. You will lead your team to meet sales and call handling quotas while providing a great customer service experience. As a Customer Retention Manager you will use your customer service or sales managment background to help expand our Health Insurance Advocate team! .
Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for all callers
- Continue to complete all our training requirements
- Navigate between multiple screens and systems
- Comply and understand Federal CMS and State legal standards
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of Sales, Customer Service or Retail Management experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years of experience within a metric driven and sales environment
- 1+years of achieving sales and retention goals
- High School diploma
- Evening and weekend hours
